Job summary

Google Cloud Security seeks a strategic Head of Security Portfolio Strategy and Field Integration to shape the security offering and bridge Product, Engineering, Sales, and executive leadership across global markets. You will lead the Customer Office, own the global operating model, and drive customer feedback into PM and Engineering to accelerate adoption.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in cybersecurity technical sales, solution architecture, product management, or customer success leadership.
6 years of experience managing sales, channel, or customer solutions teams across EMEA, Americas, or JAPAC operating regions.
Experience collaborating with Engineering and Product Management leaders to inform product planning and release strategies based on field insights.
Experience working with autonomous security operations and end-to-end security use-cases.

Responsibilities

Lead the Customer Office function and the global operating model bridging Product, Engineering, Sales, and leadership.
Direct security executives and expert engagements with customers for strategic impact.
Shape Google's security value proposition to key accounts and coordinate customer feedback for PM and Engineering.
