Job summary

MultiBank Group, a global fintech leader headquartered in Dubai, seeks a strategic Chief Information Security Officer to own the information security program across the organization. You will craft the security strategy, manage a global team, and ensure resilience for trading platforms, data, and clients.

You will drive governance with regulators and executives, align with ISO 27001, PCI DSS and SOC 2, and stay ahead of evolving threats in a fast-paced financial services landscape.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in information security, with fintech/financial services experience.
• 5–8 years in a senior leadership role overseeing security programs and budgets.
• Strong understanding of cyber threats, trading platforms, cloud, payments, and emerging tech.
• Proven ability to influence executives and drive security governance across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive information security strategy and roadmap.
• Lead and mentor security teams across operations, architecture, governance and risk.
• Embed security into product development and secure SDLC practices for trading platforms.
• Oversee 24/7 monitoring, threat detection, vulnerability management and incident response.
• Ensure ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOC 2 alignment and audit readiness across jurisdictions.
