Job summary

Cognita, a global family of schools, is expanding its centralised Sales Hub in Dubai. We are seeking a Sales Executive to be the trusted first contact for prospective families and guide them from enquiry through to application and enrolment, delivering a premium, personalised journey at every step.

You will collaborate with Admissions, Parent Experience, Marketing and leadership teams to ensure a seamless journey across Dubai and the wider group, while consistently meeting enrolment targets and

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, admissions or relationship management.
• Strong track record of meeting commercial targets.
• Experience handling high-touch, premium customer journeys.

Responsibilities

• Own the family journey from enquiry to application and enrolment.
• Manage a high-volume pipeline via phone, email, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Qualify families by relocation plans, educational needs and start dates.
• Conduct consultative conversations highlighting school value and differentiators.
• Maintain timely follow-ups to convert interest into enrolments.
