ASBIS Middle East is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator in Dubai to support the sales team, manage client communications, and assist in order processing and documentation. You will bridge customers, sales, and internal departments to improve efficiency and drive performance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business Admin or Marketing, at least one year of sales support experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. CRM experience is a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales support, administrative, or coordination role.
• Analytical mind and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM systems is an advantage.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Mansioni

• Assist the sales team with day-to-day tasks including proposal preparation, lead follow-ups, and contract documentation.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders, quotations, and sales reports.
• Checking and releasing orders.
• Administrative support of the team.
• Prepare data/documents for reporting.
• Work closely with the sales and purchasing team.
• Participate in future inventory planning.
• Participation in training and events.
• Work with the employer's internal systems.
• Assist in product lifecycle management tasks such as item creation, updates, and discontinuation tracking.
