Job summary

Peergrowth seeks an experienced Sales Engineer to drive international expansion across MENA and other target markets. You will lead business development for vacuum pumps, process equipment, and turnkey projects, building a robust pipeline and closing high‑value deals with EPCs, OEMs, and end-users.

You will map markets, assess regulatory trends, and craft go‑to‑market strategies while traveling as required to foster partnerships and growth across export markets.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of progressive experience in B2B capital equipment sales.
• At least 3 years in international/export markets.
• Strong understanding of EPC procurement processes, tender/bid management, and long sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Identify and convert new business opportunities across MENA and export markets for vacuum pumps and turnkey projects.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans with quarterly targets.
• Build and manage sales pipeline using CRM, enabling accurate forecasting and follow-ups.
• Lead techno-commercial negotiations and closure of capital equipment orders.
