Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
CPA/ACCA or equivalent certification is a plus.
3-5 years of accounting experience in a multinational environment.
Experience with ERP systems (Oracle or SAP) and financial modules.
Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze large datasets.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations for multiple entities, ensuring accurate recording of transactions and compliance with applicable financial regulations and accounting standards.
Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting across entities.
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, including general ledger monitoring and reconciliations, investigating discrepancies and ensuring proper account balances.
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, collaborating with department heads to align financial plans with business objectives.
Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations across multiple regions, supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of accounting policies and procedures.
Coordinate with external auditors during audit activities, preparing and providing the required financial documentation, schedules, and supporting information.
Maintain and update the ERP system (e.g., Oracle), ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of financial data and reporting.
Provide financial analysis, management reporting, and ad-hoc financial reports, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement to support management decision-making.
