Job summary

Remote DXB is seeking a senior leader to drive revenue growth in debt collections for its regional partner banks. You will own the P&L, manage CXO-level relationships, and lead negotiations to secure new contracts and strengthen account management.

You will collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Technology to optimize processes, leveraging the YuCOS platform for operational efficiency and ensuring regulatory compliance across daily operations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA.
• 8–10 years of progressive leadership experience in debt collections or financial services.
• Proven track record in revenue growth and managing P&L.
• Experience in new client acquisition and executive-level stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with leveraging technology to enhance collections processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients and strengthen relationships with regional bank partners
• Own the business P&L, ensuring revenue growth and profitability
• Serve as the primary point of contact for CXO-level stakeholders at partner banks
• Lead negotiations, contract finalizations, and account management initiatives
• Collaborate with the Collections Tech team to leverage the YuCOS platform for operational efficiency
• Oversee daily collections operations ensuring regulatory and compliance adherence
• Use data analytics to monitor KPIs and inform continuous improvement
• Work with cross-functional teams including Legal, Risk, and Technology to optimize processes
