Job summary

VAVE is seeking a PR Director to shape global brand communication from our studios in Germany and China to projects in West Asia. You will lead a team across time zones and collaborate with the management board, BD team, and subsidiary GMs to craft a compelling voice and visibility that travels beyond the studio.

The role is remote-first, ideally based in Dubai, with openness to candidates near our offices in Frankfurt, Shenzhen, and Shanghai.

Qualifications

• Outstanding writing, editing and storytelling in English to adapt tone across markets and channels.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership and cross-cultural communication skills for an international group.
• Hands-on social media experience across international and Chinese platforms.
• Editorial eye for imagery, layout and visual content.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & positioning: Build and execute VAVE's brand communication and PR strategy across the group.
• Media relations: Grow and maintain our international network across Europe, China and West Asia.
• PR planning: Plan all PR activities strategically across channels, offices and markets.
• Content & channels: Guide website, portals, social channels and ensure consistent tone.
• Awards & documentation: Manage submissions to design awards and project documentation.
• Representation: Act as an ambassador for VAVE online and offline.
• Measurement & budget: Track outcomes and report to the board.
