Job summary

Dr. Head is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to lead our marketing across digital, social, content, PR, brand communications and events from our Dubai office.

This hands-on role combines strategic thinking with execution, overseeing campaigns, branding and performance, and coordinating with agencies and internal stakeholders to drive growth and brand impact. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in marketing/communications, strong skills in digital, SEO, paid media, analytics and events,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, brand or a similar role.
• Strong experience across digital marketing, social media, content and communications.
• Hands-on understanding of SEO, paid media and marketing analytics.
• Experience with PR, media relations and events.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Oversee SEO, paid advertising and digital performance, working with agencies as needed.
• Manage social media strategy, content planning and day-to-day execution.
• Brief and coordinate copywriters, designers, photographers, agencies and other partners.
• Ability to write and edit marketing content for social, websites and campaigns.
• Manage PR and media relations, including press releases and media pitches.
• Plan and lead in-store events, activations and brand experiences.
• Ensure consistent branding across all customer touchpoints.
• Track marketing performance, manage budgets and derive insights to improve results.
