Worldwiders Search and Selection seeks an accomplished PR and Marketing Leader to shape the global brand presence of a ultra-luxury hospitality destination. You will craft and execute integrated campaigns, lead media relations, and drive crisis communications as the primary spokesperson.

You will leverage a strong media network to position the brand as a market leader, coordinate with the marketing team, and deliver measurable results across the GCC and international markets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of PR experience in luxury hospitality or related industry.
• Strong relationships with local, regional (GCC) and international media.
• Excellent writing, editing and presentation skills.
• Experience in crisis communication and media training.
• Strategic thinker able to manage multiple projects and campaigns.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual strategic PR and marketing communication plans across the cluster.
• Lead all public relations initiatives in alignment with business goals.
• Cultivate relationships with media influencers and journalists to drive positive coverage.
• Manage creation of press materials, media kits and internal communication assets.
• Act as the primary spokesperson and manage crisis communications when required.
• Organize media events, press trips and community engagement campaigns.
• Partner with marketing team to ensure alignment of PR with brand strategy.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage and prepare regular performance reports.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to position the brand as a market leader.
