Qualifications

Ideal Profile

Applicants should hold a recognized Bachelor of Education, PGCE, PGDE or equivalent teaching qualification in Humanities, Social Sciences or another relevant field. At least three years of successful secondary teaching experience is required. Previous delivery of IB Diploma Global Politics is preferred but not essential. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong knowledge of international relations, political theory and contemporary global affairs. Confidence with inquiry-based, discussion-led and concept-driven instruction is important, together with the classroom judgment needed to handle sensitive issues responsibly.
