Job summary

Tencent seeks an experienced overseas performance advertising sales professional to drive new client acquisitions across Europe and the Middle East. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract, working with cross-functional teams to align on client needs and onboarding.

Your role requires strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to operate across multiple time zones and markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of overseas performance advertising sales with a proven track record of acquiring clients from 0 to 1.
• Familiarity with Games, E-commerce, or Brand Export industries is a plus.
• Knowledge of GDPR/CCPA privacy requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and prospecting focusing on international advertisers.
• Engage clients via meetings to understand objectives and advertising needs.
• Lead pitches, negotiate terms, and drive deals to contract and onboarding.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product and Engineering to implement client requirements.
• Maintain leads and opportunities in CRM systems and report pipeline metrics.
• Foster collaboration with other business units for international expansion.
