Ecolab is seeking an HR & Payroll Operations Specialist to deliver end-to-end HR operations in Dubai, UAE. You will manage payroll, benefits, HR data in systems, and liaise with Finance and external providers to ensure accurate HR processes.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, process improvement, and delivering a high-quality employee experience across the lifecycle in a regional/global HR context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or accounting-related field.
• 5+ years HR experience with payroll.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication, analytics and presentation skills.
• Ability to interact with all levels of management.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end HR Operations support across the employee lifecycle.
• Administer payroll processes, HR expenses, and vendor relationships with Finance."
• Manage leave administration per company policies and local requirements.
• Support benefits administration including medical insurance and pension.
• Coordinate medical insurance enrollment, amendments and terminations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
