Qualifications

• Knowledge of CBUAE regulations is essential.
• Strong stakeholder management and project delivery skills.
• Understanding of ISO 20022, Payment Hubs, APIs and Core Banking.

Responsibilities

• Lead payment-system technology initiatives and transformation projects.
• Manage UAE domestic payment systems and regulatory changes.
• Work closely with Business, IT, Operations, Risk and Compliance teams.
• Oversee payment-system integrations, UAT, testing and implementation.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for end-to-end project delivery.
• Monitor system performance, risk, controls and regulatory compliance.
