Job summary

Walker Lovell Ltd. seeks a Senior Manager - Outsourcing to build a scalable global supplier network and drive third-party sourcing across MENA and Asia.

You will develop strategic relationships with fertilizer producers, suppliers, and trading partners, and shape the outsourcing network with autonomy, aligning with senior leadership KPIs. You will travel internationally, with a strong senior-package and performance-linked bonus, and housing/transportation included.

Qualifications

• Proven fertilizer trading or sourcing experience.
• Strong knowledge of nitrogen fertilizers.
• Exposure to phosphate markets.
• Experience across MENA region and/or Asia.
• Commercially minded, entrepreneurial approach with autonomy to build networks.

Responsibilities

• Build a scalable third-party supplier network across MENA and later Asia/China.
• Develop relationships with fertilizer producers, suppliers and trading partners.
• Shape the outsourcing network with autonomy to recommend agents, representation and resources.
• Collaborate with senior sales leadership against KPIs and growth targets.

Skills

Fertilizer trading/sourcing experience
