Qualifications

Minimum 5–7 years in Order Management or equivalent.
Experience with quotations, order processing and delivery coordination.
Experience using SAP or other ERP systems.
Multinational or regional business experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Receive, validate, prepare, and issue customer quotations in line with pricing and policies.
Process orders and ensure accurate entry in SAP with PO validation and terms.
Manage end-to-end order lifecycle from quotation to closure.
Monitor availability, backorders, and delivery dates with stakeholders.
Review status, identify risks, and communicate alternatives to customers and Sales.
Coordinate releases and delivery notes ensuring payment terms and credit rules.
Resolve delivery, invoicing, or credit blocks with relevant departments.
Ensure complex/project orders are reviewed for accuracy and followed through.
Maintain ongoing customer communication on status, availability, and commitments.
Monitor aging orders and support monthly sales closing with KPIs.
Support Demand Planning with market intelligence and order trends.
