Job summary

TALENTMATE is seeking a skilled Order Management professional in Dubai, UAE. The role focuses on end-to-end order processing, quotation handling, and proactive communication to ensure high-quality service to customers and internal stakeholders.

You will manage orders from quotation to delivery, coordinating with plants, warehouses, and logistics to secure customer requirements while monitoring open orders and risks. Proficiency in SAP and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years in Order Management or related roles.
• Experience with quotations, order processing, and delivery coordination.
• ERP experience, preferably SAP, in a multinational setup.

Responsibilities

• Receive, validate, prepare, and issue customer quotations per pricing policies.
• Process orders and ensure accurate SAP entry and terms.
• Manage end-to-end order lifecycle from quotation to closure.
• Coordinate with plants, warehouses, and logistics to meet delivery dates.
• Monitor order status, risks, and communicate alternatives to customers and Sales.
• Ensure all commercial/financial conditions, including credit terms and LCs, are fulfilled.
• Resolve delivery, invoicing, or credit blocks with relevant teams.
• Review complex orders for technical and commercial accuracy.
