The role demands a hands‑on leader who can drive ERP rollout, process automation, and cross‑functional transformation while partnering with auditors, banks, principals, and regulators to deliver growth and value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or Supply Chain.
• MBA preferred with 12–15 years’ multi-entity experience.
• Strong operations and finance leadership in FMCG/trading environment.
• ERP implementation experience; Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
• Auditing, compliance, risk management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations across supply chain, logistics, procurement, and IT strategy.
• Oversee ERP rollout and process automation initiatives.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial controls, and treasury planning.
• Ensure cross‑jurisdiction compliance, governance, and risk management across entities.
• Partner with auditors, banks, principals, investors and regulators.
