Job summary

ELEMIS is seeking an On-Board Sales & Education Manager to maximise retail and treatment revenue across the OneSpaWorld fleet. You will inspire and coach on-board teams, align with facialists and spa leaders, and elevate guest experiences with exceptional consultations and product experiences.

This role requires leadership, strong ELEMIS product knowledge, and the ability to deliver measurable commercial growth across ships and sailings.

Qualifications

• Several years demonstrable experience working with ELEMIS.
• Excellent knowledge of the ELEMIS brand, products, treatments and service standards.
• Proven sales record with improving conversion and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain an eight-week ship visit schedule across cruise-line partners.
• Review onboard data to identify trends and development needs.
• Build action plans to improve sales, conversions and guest engagement.
• Provide reporting showing commercial impact of visits or sailings.
• Deliver roadshows to launch products and maintain sales momentum.
• Conduct audits and provide feedback to improve performance.
• Ensure teams meet ELEMIS certifications and product knowledge.
• Coach teams to deliver consistent treatments and consultations.
