Job summary

Google is expanding its Global Network Acquisition efforts in the Middle East and Africa. The Strategic Negotiation team negotiates high-value infrastructure deals, including underwater cables and data center space, to support Google's global expansion.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience negotiating and structuring agreements or leading business development.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end negotiation and implementation of complex commercial frameworks (IRUs, managed optical fiber networks, Colocation) for Google's infrastructure in the MENA region.
Develop and leverage long-term relationships with regional telecom carriers and wholesale operators.
Evaluate technical network architectures, fiber routing proposals, and vendor bills of materials autonomously for cost-effective solutions.
Act as primary agreement lead, aligning cross-functional teams to de-risk projects and acquisition strategies.
Navigate regulatory frameworks in emerging/monopoly markets to secure optimal terms and mitigate risks.
