Job summary

Google Cloud in Dubai seeks a Corporate Counsel to guide the Go‑To‑Market business in the Middle East and North Africa. You will negotiate, draft, and advise on commercial agreements with customers and partners, and collaborate with regional and global legal teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Law and about seven years of government, in‑house, or law‑firm experience, with fluent English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in government, in‑house, or law firm.
• Experience negotiating, drafting, and advising on commercial agreements (multi‑jurisdictional).
• Ability to communicate in English and Arabic fluently to support client relationships in this region.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft and advise on agreements with MENA customers, partners, and government entities.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to stay informed about legal/regulatory developments affecting MENA Cloud business.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to provide timely legal advice on customer and partner agreements.
• Serve as cloud legal Go‑to‑Market point of contact for cloud business and product leads in MENA.
