Job summary

Multiplier is seeking a highly organized Global Mobility Specialist to manage end-to-end mobility and immigration operations in the UAE, with a strong preference for experience using Multiplier products. This role covers UAE and other MENA locations, focusing on immigration processes, work permits, and onboarding via EOR providers.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with HR, Payroll, Legal, and external vendors, ensuring documentation is compliant, up-to-date, and audit-ready across multiple

Qualifications

• In-house immigration management for UAE and MENA regions
• Experience with Employer of Record (EOR) operations
• Strong understanding of global immigration processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Stakeholder and vendor management skills

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end global mobility cases within UAE and MENA, focusing on UAE.
• Coordinate onboarding through Multiplier and other EOR platforms.
• Ensure timely execution of mobility timelines, documentation and compliance.
• Coordinate work permits, visas, residence permits, renewals and cancellations.
• Liaise with immigration partners and legal vendors for case updates and approvals.
• Maintain audit-ready immigration documentation and records.
• Monitor visa expiry dates and renewal timelines.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Legal, Finance and external vendors.
• Support country expansion feasibility assessments.
