Job summary

Fragomen in Dubai is seeking an Immigration and Mobility Specialist to manage end-to-end immigration and mobility support for employees and dependents across the Middle East. You will ensure documentation and compliance for work in your location while aiding a smooth employee experience in a fast-paced firm.

The role covers onboarding, relocations and ongoing immigration coordination with internal stakeholders and government authorities, ensuring timely renewals and accurate records across GCC

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in HR, mobility and immigration.
• Strong knowledge of UAE immigration law.
• Arabic language is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end immigration and mobility processes for employees and dependents.
• Advise employees on immigration requirements, timelines and compliance.
• Coordinate onboarding, renewals and offboarding for visa matters.
• Maintain immigration records and track visa expiries.
• Liaise with government authorities and external providers.
• Support international relocations and short-term assignments across the region.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition and Finance on mobility initiatives.
• Stay updated on immigration changes to ensure compliant practices.
