Job summary

Mastercard in Dubai invites graduates to join its Global Markets Launch Graduate Rotational Program 2027 as an Associate Product Specialist or Associate Analyst Account Management. Over 18 months you rotate through two tracks and gain exposure to sales, product management, and client solutions.

You will develop commercial acumen through structured learning, cross-functional projects, and hands-on experience with Mastercard’s digital payments platform and global teams.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree with graduation between March 2026 and August 2027.
• Available to start on 1 March or 1 September 2027.
• Proven leadership in work or extracurricular activities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must adhere to Mastercard security policies and information security practices.

Responsibilities

• Participate in 2x nine-month rotations across career tracks in Global Markets.
• Support sales planning, consultative selling, and product management initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver solutions.
