  • Structure ambiguous, complex problems into clear hypotheses, actionable plans, and measurable outcomes
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to generate insights and data-driven recommendations
  • Create project-driven materials — project plans, trackers, and executive-ready content — that are clear, engaging, and of high quality
  • Participate in identifying key strategic priorities across Global Markets
  • Build trusted, cross-functional relationships that drive alignment and move teams to act
  • Communicate clearly and in a structured manner with all audiences, including senior leaders
  • Contribute to a high-performing team culture that emphasizes strategic excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of financial services and payments is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, inclusive approach to teamwork
  • Self-starter who demonstrates curiosity, initiative, and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving environment
