Job summary

MultiBank Group, a global financial pioneer now headquartered in Dubai, seeks a QA Manager for Marketing to establish robust QA across campaigns, communications, and marketing tech releases. You will translate brand, regulatory, and technical requirements into clear standards, test plans, and auditable approvals.

Collaborating with Brand, Content, Compliance, Legal, Tech, and regional teams, you’ll own end-to-end quality governance from briefing through launch validation and post-release

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in quality assurance, marketing operations, digital production, software testing, or a related field, including experience leading QA activities or a small team.
• Demonstrated experience testing integrated marketing campaigns and customer journeys across web, CRM, email, mobile messaging, paid media, social platforms, and analytics implementations.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, defect management, regression testing, release governance, and risk-based prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the marketing QA strategy, governance model, standards, checklists, and operating procedures across all regions and channels.
• Own end-to-end QA for websites, landing pages, email, WhatsApp and SMS communications, paid media, social content, CRM journeys, marketing automation, creative assets, forms, and campaign tracking.
• Convert campaign briefs, brand standards, compliance requirements, and technical specifications into risk-based test plans, acceptance criteria, test cases, and release sign-off requirements.
