Job summary

EMT Distribution in Dubai is seeking a Marketing Coordination professional to support MDF programs, vendor negotiations and event operations across our cybersecurity brands.

You will align activity plans with country sales teams and channel partners, manage campaign assets and track leads, while using Excel, PowerPoint and CRM tools to drive efficient spend and measurable outcomes. This role offers multinational exposure and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in marketing coordination, channel marketing or event operations.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field.
• Working knowledge of MDF processes and vendor approvals.
• Excellent English and Arabic.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate vendor marketing contributions and manage MDF trackers and claims.
• Coordinate roundtables, workshops, webinars and industry events end to end.
• Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing and control budgets and supplier spend.
• Align activity plans with vendors, country sales teams and channel partners.
• Coordinate campaign assets, landing pages and follow-up communications.
• Report attendance, leads, pipeline contribution and MDF recovery.
