Job summary

CBD in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Marketing Events Coordinator to support planning and execution of marketing events, activations, and sponsorships. You will liaise with vendors, production teams, and agency partners to ensure timely delivery and on-ground impact.

Experience with event logistics, printing processes, and brand guidelines will help you manage retail materials, calendars, budgeting, and approvals across business units in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating marketing events and campaigns.
• Strong attention to detail with multiple deadlines.
• Familiarity with production and printing processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing events, activations, and sponsorships.
• Liaise with event vendors, production teams, and agency partners to manage logistics and on-ground delivery.
• Coordinate marketing requirements for retail branches, including posters, digital screens, and signage updates.
• Manage merchandise and gifting logistics, including inventory and distribution.
• Ensure all physical materials are in line with brand guidelines.
• Maintain event and production calendars and support budgeting and invoicing processes.
• Support internal approvals for campaigns and events with legal, compliance, and business units.
