Job summary

Omanyp is seeking a senior marketing leader to oversee an ultra-luxury real estate, hospitality and lifestyle portfolio and set the creative direction for a distinctive luxury brand. Qualifications

• A senior marketing leader from a top tier design led development or adjacent luxury environment
• Strong evidence of building or repositioning brands at the highest end of the market, with a clear point of view on creativity, design and customer experience
• Experience working across complex portfolios where real estate, hospitality, architecture, lifestyle and brand intersect
• A genuine creative leader who can challenge conventional luxury marketing and has influenced work that feels distinctive rather than formulaic
• Comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial, owner led environment where senior leaders are expected to be hands on and close to the detail
• Able to lead an established team while also personally shaping briefs, agency output, brand direction and senior stakeholder decisions
• Internationally minded, culturally fluent and credible with world class agencies, partners, architects and luxury stakeholders
• Commercially aware but not sales-led in mindset, with the confidence to protect long-term brand value while supporting business growth
• For candidates coming directly from real estate, preference will be given to experience gained with leading design led luxury developers in the US, UK, Singapore or Switzerland as the role pivots outside of real estate

• Lead the overall marketing function across an ultra luxury real estate, hospitality and lifestyle portfolio
• Set the creative direction and define how the brand continues to lead rather than follow the luxury market
• Shape brand architecture across multiple businesses, developments and lifestyle concepts, ensuring each has a distinct identity
• Partner closely with an owner and senior leadership team to influence long term brand strategy and major creative decisions
• Drive world class agencies, designers, creative partners and suppliers to deliver work at the highest international standard
• Lead and elevate an established multidisciplinary team across brand, digital, PR, communications and channel marketing
• Translate architecture, design, hospitality and experience into compelling brand worlds rather than conventional property marketing
• Help evolve the organisation beyond real estate into a broader global luxury platform with relevance across lifestyle, hospitality and culture
