Job summary

OmanYP is seeking a senior CHRO to partner with the CEO and leadership on people and organisational strategy. You will guide HR from operations toward strategic business partnership and lead culture transformation across international locations.

You will design talent management, succession planning, performance management, leadership development, and learning capabilities; build a feedback-driven culture, enhance engagement and EVP, and oversee compensation programs while supporting growth.

Qualifications

• Senior HR leadership experience in retail, luxury, hospitality, FMCG, or customer-facing industries.
• Experience leading people and culture transformation in a growing international business.
• Strong track record in talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and organisational design.
• Commercially minded with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
• Willingness to spend significant time at the business's headquarters location.
• Experience within premium, luxury, or multi-site environments highly advantageous.
• Able to balance a hybrid location model.

Responsibilities

• Build a feedback-driven culture, including structured review processes.
• Enhance employee engagement, retention, and employer value proposition.
• Develop compensation, incentive, and recognition programs aligned with business objectives.
• Improve support and service delivery for frontline and customer-facing teams.
• Coach leaders on people management, organisational effectiveness, and change management.
• Lead and develop the existing HR team across multiple international locations.
• Support workforce planning to enable ambitious growth and expansion plans.
