Job summary

Hermès Middle East is seeking a highly analytical Transport and Compliance Manager to lead international air freight from Europe to Dubai and exports from Dubai to GCC, plus local UAE distribution. The role focuses on building a data-driven logistics function with KPIs, performance reviews, and cost optimization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field.
10+ years in international logistics with 5+ years leading a team.
Hands-on UAE/GCC customs knowledge.
Experience managing carriers and freight forwarders against KPIs.
Strong reporting with KPI, Power BI, Excel.

Responsibilities

Manage inbound/outbound shipments across networks, ensuring SLA and cost targets.
Lead KPI framework from booking to delivery and reporting.
Oversee customs clearance, invoices, packing lists, and air waybills.
Coordinate with customs brokers and authorities to minimize delays.
Coach and develop transport team; set objectives and performance.
Drive continuous improvement and data-driven decision making across logistics.
