Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, international trade, business administration or a related discipline.
• 10+ years in international logistics with 5+ years in people management.
• Hands-on UAE and GCC customs knowledge; familiarity with Dubai free zones.
• Proven ability to implement KPIs and data-driven improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage data-driven transport and performance management.
• Oversee import/export operations across UAE, GCC, and international partners.
• Lead KPI development, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with customs brokers and authorities to resolve clearance issues.
• Manage relationships with airlines, freight forwarders, and service providers.
• Provide shipment visibility and cross-functional support.
