Job summary

Accor MEA is seeking an IT Service Operations Manager for a six-month assignment to lead the local IT support team and ensure delivery of reliable end-user services. The role requires coordinating with regional directors, global stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to maintain governance and continuity.

You will oversee asset lifecycle, supplier relationships, and compliance with security policies while driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency within the MEA region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in managing IT support, service delivery, or IT operations management.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science.
• ITIL certification.
• Fluent English communication skills; additional regional language capabilities are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the IT Support Specialists team to deliver high-quality end-user services and adhere to SLAs.
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and technical issues.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Facilities to support operational technology needs.
• Oversee asset lifecycle, procurement, deployment, and inventory reconciliation.
• Collaborate with MEAIT regional directors on global projects and initiatives.
• Maintain IT policy changes, updates and system announcements.
