Job summary
TRACTEBEL is seeking an IT Services & Operations Manager for the Middle East to lead IT management, operations, and digitalization across multiple locations. You will drive service quality, user experience, and adoption of enterprise platforms, while coordinating with global IT teams and business functions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, engineering or related field.
- Master's degree in IT, business, digital transformation or related field is preferred.
- IT service management certifications such as ITIL are highly regarded.
- Experience leading regional IT operations and digital initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional IT operations, service delivery, infrastructure and workplace technology across the Middle East.
- Develop and execute regional IT strategy aligned with corporate standards.
- Manage budgets, procurement, contracts, vendors and technology investments.
- Oversee AI adoption, Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI agents, automation and governance.
- Ensure security, privacy, compliance, resilience and incident response.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver projects on time and within scope.
