Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• ITIL 4 Foundation or higher.
• 10+ years in IT service delivery and operations.
• At least 3 years leading a distributed team.
• Experience in multi-site operations, preferably construction/engineering in UAE/GCC.
• Additional certifications in security, cloud, or networking are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate IT service management platforms with governance.
• Lead distributed site-based IT engineers and coordinate incident response.
• Oversee endpoint management, patching, asset lifecycle, and VPN connectivity.
• Coordinate security controls and vendor management across sites.
