Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai seeks a Manager - Insurance to lead and optimize the company’s insurance strategy across UAE, OpCo, and international business. You will coordinate with finance, legal, and operations to ensure comprehensive coverage and regulatory compliance.

The role requires extensive industry relations in asset-heavy industries, hands-on management of insurance programs, claims, and risk analysis, plus the ability to present findings to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as CPCU, ARM, or CIC.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in insurance management, with at least 5 years in a management role.
• In-depth knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive insurance programs to protect the organization’s assets and mitigate risks.
• Leverage industry relationships to negotiate favorable terms and premiums with brokers, carriers, and underwriters.
• Conduct risk assessments for existing and new operations, projects, and assets.
• Oversee the claims process, ensuring timely filing, negotiation, and resolution.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual insurance requirements; present reports to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and operations to ensure comprehensive insurance coverage and risk management.
