Job summary

Tanqeeb in the UAE is seeking a seasoned Contracts Manager to lead all contractual matters with clients and consultants. You will manage notices, risk assessments, and EOT processes while safeguarding the company’s contractual interests.

This role requires strong negotiation, an eye for detail, and the ability to coordinate with project teams, legal, and suppliers. You will supervise documentation and support arbitration when required.

Qualifications

• Experience handling client/public sector contracts.
• Ability to supervise documentation for sub-contractors.
• Support project teams in client and sub-contractor communications.
• Track claim triggers and prepare basis for claims.
• Coordinate with legal teams on issues.
• Audit project sites for compliance.
• Draft and secure contract terms aligned with client contracts.

Responsibilities

• Handle all contractual matters, issue and respond to notices.
• Meet with Clients/Consultants on contractual matters.
• Identify contract risks and propose mitigation.
• Raise EOT requests (Interim & Final).
• Negotiate with Clients/Consultants to prevent LD.
• Create opportunities to raise claims.
• Raise cost claims for delays (Interim & Final).
• Raise variation claims (Interim & Final).
• Provide arbitration support.
• MIS on claims status.
