Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking an experienced General Insurance Manager to manage the organization’s corporate insurance portfolio. The role will focus on General Insurance, Motor Insurance, Property Insurance, and Claims Management, ensuring adequate coverage across the group.

The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in Corporate or General Insurance, a relevant bachelor's degree, and proven managerial experience. Experience in the UAE/GCC insurance markets is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as ACII, Cert CII, Dip CII, ARM, CPCU or equivalent are preferred.
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in Corporate or General Insurance.
• At least 3–5 years in a managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the company’s corporate insurance portfolio, including various types of insurance policies.
• Lead the end-to-end insurance claims process and liaise with various stakeholders.
• Assess organizational risks and recommend suitable insurance coverage strategies.
