Job summary

Kayali is seeking a Global Senior Influencer Marketing Executive to drive our influencer strategy and nurture creator relationships globally. You will own gifting, PR packages, inventory planning and budget tracking, coordinating with Supply Chain, Operations and regional teams to deliver launches on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, PR, Communications or related role.
• Strong experience managing influencer gifting, PR mailers, product seeding or logistics.
• Proven experience working cross-functionally with logistics, supply chain, operations and warehouse teams.
• Highly organised with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple launches and deadlines.
• Comfortable working with forecasts, inventory quantities, trackers and large datasets.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills (Arabic, French) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recommend relevant creators for gifting and seeding.
• Build and maintain relationships with creators, managers and agencies.
• Own end-to-end coordination of global influencer PR packages and gifting, from planning to delivery.
• Forecast gifting quantities with global/influencer teams and regional markets.
• Track budgets and ensure activity stays within agreed budgets.
• Support ad-hoc projects for the Global Influencer team.
