Job summary

KAYALI in Dubai is seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Coordinator to identify creators, manage gifting and PR seeding for luxury fragrance campaigns worldwide.

You will build strong creator relationships, coordinate with logistics and regional teams, track spend and performance, and support the influencer database with accurate forecasts. Fluency in English is required; Arabic or French is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in influencer marketing, PR, or related role (beauty/fragrance/luxury preferred)
• Strong influencer gifting, PR mailers, or logistics experience
• Experience working cross-functionally with logistics, supply chain, operations and warehouses
• Highly organized with excellent project management skills
• Comfortable with forecasts, inventory trackers and large datasets
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok landscapes
• Fluent in English; Arabic or French advantageous

Responsibilities

• Identify and recommend relevant creators for gifting and seeding
• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, managers and agencies
• Support the management and growth of the global influencer database
• Support reporting on gifting performance and EMV generated from influencer seeding initiatives
• Own the end-to-end coordination of global influencer PR packages and gifting
• Manage global product and merchandise allocations for influencer gifting across priority markets
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Operations, warehouses and regional teams to ensure delivery
• Liaise with external suppliers and vendors for the production of PR packages and branded merchandise
• Own and maintain the launch-by-launch influencer product and merchandise forecast
• Track and manage project spend across influencer gifting, PR packages, merchandise and logistics
