The role demands hands-on leadership, a global market mindset, and fluency in VIP economics, retention, ARPU and LTV, with close collaboration to the CFO and CPO.

Qualifications

• Senior iGaming operator with real-money B2C experience at scale.
• Strong track record in monetisation, retention, and growth metrics.
• Hands-on leadership: build, don’t just manage; capable of running a complex platform.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L and strategic direction for a category-leading platform.
• Lead the commercial engine: monetisation, subscriptions, ads, partnerships, and new revenue streams.
• Oversee product roadmap in collaboration with the Chief Product Officer.
• Maintain financial discipline and capital strategy with the CFO.
• Drive community, creator, and publisher partnerships to fuel growth.
• Lead international expansion strategy across new markets and user cohorts.
