Job summary

Trendyol HR seeks an experienced HR Operations and Mobility Lead to manage end-to-end UAE immigration, mobility, and payroll-related processes while ensuring audit-ready records for UAE and selected EMEA hires.

You will collaborate with internal teams, expatriate staff, external vendors, and UAE government portals to maintain compliant, efficient employee lifecycle operations and contribute to a global mobility strategy.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in HR operations, shared services, or global mobility across multiple countries.
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws, free-zone regulations, NAFIS, GPSSA, and WPS processes.
• Experience working with UAE government portals and relocation vendors.
• Strong organizational skills with audit readiness and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end UAE immigration and mobility processes: visas, work permits, free-zone clearances, and international assignee relocations.
• Oversee HR administration on UAE platforms (MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, UAE Pass, NAFIS, GPSSA, WPS).
• Lead full employee lifecycle operations (onboarding to offboarding) for UAE and designated EMEA hires with audit-ready records.
• Coordinate NAFIS Emiratisation processes and GPSSA pension registrations with finance/payroll.
• Ensure WPS compliance by reconciling MOHRE salaries with payroll and executing salary payments.
• Coordinate health insurance enrollments and vendor invoice validations.
• Support digitization, system standardization, and HR projects across EMEA.
