Job summary

Trendyol HR seeks a detail-oriented HR Operations and Mobility Lead to manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, UAE visas, work permits, and mobility for UAE and select EMEA hires. You will coordinate with internal teams, expatriate staff, vendors, and UAE government platforms to ensure audit-ready records and compliant payroll.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management or related field.
• Extensive experience in HR operations, shared services or global mobility with multi-country EMEA exposure.
• Deep knowledge of UAE labor laws, free-zone regs, NAFIS, GPSSA pension, and WPS processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end UAE immigration and mobility processes (visas, work permits, free-zone clearances).
• Oversee HR administration on UAE platforms (MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, UAE Pass, NAFIS, GPSSA, WPS).
• Lead lifecycle operations (onboarding to offboarding) for UAE and EMEA hires with audit-ready records.
• Coordinate NAFIS Emiratisation and GPSSA pension registrations with finance/payroll.
• Ensure WPS compliance by reconciling MOHRE salaries with payroll records.
