Job summary

Styli is seeking a Lead – HR Operations to own the end-to-end employee lifecycle for a multi-country workforce. You will drive the implementation of a single global HRIS, build scalable shared services and ensure accurate, compliant HR operations across GCC, India and China.

You will oversee onboarding, payroll inputs, visas, approvals and governance, while leading a high-performing HR Operations team and coordinating with Finance, IT and Legal. UAE experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• MBA/PG in HR is preferred.
• 8–12 years of HR experience with at least 5 years in HR operations.
• Experience running HR operations across GCC; exposure to India and China is a plus.
• Proven track record setting up or scaling HR shared services centers.
• Experience leading end-to-end HRIS implementations across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end employee lifecycle operations: onboarding, payroll inputs, visas, immigration and HRIS data.
• Build and lead a global HR shared services model with a single HRIS implementation.
• Oversee payroll inputs for GCC, India, and China; ensure on-time salary processing and compliance.
• Manage visas, Emirates ID, work/residence permits, and government relations.
• Define service catalogues, SLAs, SOPs and governance for transactional HR services across countries.
• Drive HR process automation and continuous improvement; lead cross-functional HR projects.
• Lead, coach and manage the HR Operations team and vendor relationships.
