Job summary

Mashreq Corporate & Investment Banking Group seeks a senior L&D leader to craft and drive a holistic, globally aligned learning strategy across the bank’s groups. You will partner with senior stakeholders to identify needs, design innovative training solutions, and oversee technology-enabled learning for behavioural and technical skills.

You will manage the Learning Management System, plan the annual L&D budget, deliver structured programs, and measure impact including ROI and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; minimum 15 years in Learning & Development, banking/finance is a plus.
• Expert in training needs analysis, solution deployment and learning impact evaluation.
• Experience in e-learning development and management of learning administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement a holistic L&D strategy across groups and locations.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify learning needs and design innovative solutions.
• Manage LMS and learning ecosystem; control budget and calendar for L&D initiatives.
• Deliver global learning programs, leadership development, and regulatory training as required.
• Measure learning outcomes, ROI, and regulatory alignment; report to senior management.
