Job summary

Aventus Global Talent is recruiting a Vice President of Learning & Development in Dubai for a leading financial institution. The role is senior and strategic, shaping the organisation's holistic L&D agenda across the Group and delivering technology-enabled learning solutions, leadership development programmes and capability-building initiatives.

Qualifications

10 years of L&D experience minimum.
Banking/FS sector experience required.
Must be proficient in design and implementation of L&D programmes from scratch.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a holistic L&D strategy across business groups.
Act as strategic L&D partner to senior stakeholders with end-to-end learning ownership.
Design and implement innovative, tech-enabled learning content.
Lead leadership development modules and broader people-development initiatives.
Oversee the Learning Management System and learning ecosystem across locations.
Develop annual L&D strategy, budget and training calendar, including regulatory requirements.
Lead the design and delivery of technical, behavioural and soft-skills programmes.
Manage external providers and partnerships with learning consultants.
