Job summary

Boundless, a global financial services group, seeks an experienced Head of Finance to lead the finance function across multiple jurisdictions in Dubai. The role demands strategic leadership, robust controls, and deep IFRS knowledge to drive profitability and sustainable growth.

You will oversee planning, reporting, treasury, and governance, partnering with executive teams to deliver commercial insights and scalable processes in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, with professional qualification preferred.
• Extensive senior finance leadership in FX, CFDs, brokerage or regulated financial services.
• Expertise in IFRS, multi-entity reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and board-level communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end finance function including accounting, reporting, budgeting and controls.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports and statutory statements.
• Develop budgets, rolling forecasts, and scenario models for strategy.
• Provide commercial analysis on revenue, trading activity, and operating costs.
• Oversee cash flow, liquidity planning and treasury across entities.
• Maintain robust internal controls, policies, and risk management.
• Lead external audits and coordinate with regulators and tax advisers.
• Drive automation and improvements in reporting and MI systems.
• Partner with Compliance and Legal on regulatory requirements.
• Develop and coach a high-performing finance team.
