Job summary

WEKA is seeking a seasoned Corporate Communications leader in Dubai to own earned media for product launches and corporate announcements. You will build a pipeline of tier-one tech coverage and develop technical spokespeople through bylines and panels.

You will steer crisis and change communications, oversee internal channels, and partner with People to craft employer-brand campaigns while scaling a global team and agency network.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in corporate communications
• 3+ years leading teams and agencies
• Deep B2B tech knowledge in AI/cloud/data infrastructure
• Player-coach leadership with hands-on execution
• Demonstrated AI fluency and ability to use AI tools in communications
• Proven track record building media relationships and running PR campaigns
• Experience with crisis and change communications
• Experience building within global growth-stage technology companies

Responsibilities

• Own the earned media agenda including product launches and corporate announcements
• Build a pipeline of tier-one tech, business, and AI trade coverage
• Develop technical spokespeople through bylines, panels, and speaking programs
• Manage issues and crisis communications
• Oversee employee communications and company-wide channels
• Develop employer brand campaigns with the People team
• Manage and scale a global Corporate Communications team and PR agency
• Build operational workflows and prioritization frameworks for the function
• Implement AI-assisted monitoring and measurement workflows
