Job summary

Edelman Middle East is seeking an experienced Associate Director in our Technology practice to lead major client mandates and provide strategic counsel on communications programmes. You will drive new strategies and ensure high-quality work, guiding account teams to deliver excellence.

You will act as a senior client contact, nurture relationships, and coordinate cross-functional efforts across private and government sectors in the Middle East, while overseeing profitability and client

Qualifications

• 10+ years agency experience; Middle East experience is a bonus.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a MUST.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships.
• Strong strategic thinking and execution across communications programmes.
• Experience with government and private sector clients a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as Subject Matter Expert in pitches and client meetings.
• Provide support to private sector and governmental clients in the Middle East.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and networks.
• Guide clients and teams toward business objectives with strategic ideas.
• Accountable for profitability, quality, and client satisfaction of corporate clients in the region.
• Collaborate with business and resource managers to meet profitability targets.
• Develop and operationalize Client Development Plans for growth and diversification.
