Job summary

Jotun MEIA FZ-LLC in Dubai invites a Regional Communications Executive to lead regional digital communications, shaping social media, content, and influencer programs across 15+ markets. You will coordinate with marketing, brand, product, retail and comms teams to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.

The role requires a strategic storyteller with strong project management, fluent English, and the ability to manage agencies and cross-functional stakeholders in a dynamic MEIA region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in communications, digital marketing, social media, or related role.
• Proven experience managing social media channels and developing digital content strategies.
• Experience working with external agencies, influencers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience working across multiple countries or regional markets is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and elevate the company's regional social media presence across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, including content calendars, publishing and content development aligned with business priorities and campaigns.
• Monitor performance and insights, recommend optimizations, and cascade relevant content and best practices to local market teams.
• Plan and manage content shoots and develop high-quality communication materials including social media content, videos, articles, web content, presentations and campaign assets.
• Develop and deliver integrated communication plans for regional campaigns, supporting media relations, corporate communications and brand storytelling when required.
• Own and manage regional influencer relationships and partnerships, including the development and maintenance of influencer toolkits, guidelines and best practices.
• Coordinate influencer campaigns end-to-end, from planning and execution through to performance reporting.
• Manage external agencies and creative partners, coordinating communication deliverables across advertising, PR, digital, social media, events and video projects.
• Review agency outputs, provide clear direction and feedback, and ensure deliverables meet agreed objectives, brand standards and timelines.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing events, sponsorships and branding initiatives regionally across markets.
• Ensure all internal and external communication activities reflect the company's values, strategy and brand identity.
